On November 11, Veteran's Day, we will honor those who serve in the military. They risk their lives every day to bring peace and freedom here to the United Sates. It is important to teach our children why we are celebrating and honoring these heros. We don't just have a day off from school. It is a day to honor and thank them for their service.

We want to set up a wall of honor in our school to honor and thank the Veterans. Students are writing letters to soldiers. If you have a family member you would like for us to honor. Send in a picture so we can place them on the wall of honor.
