Back to School Community Outreach Event

Back to School Community Outreach Event

We had a bounce house for students to jump in, face painters and games.  Many children won prizes.  Every child attending received a pack of loose leaf paper, a pencil, hand sanitizer, a notebook and a pen donated by Madison Hospital.

Our First Annual Back to School Community Outreach Event was a huge success.  We had over 150 people attend.  It was the collective effort of our Community Outreach Committee, our West Madison teachers and staff.  The Madison Community truly came together to make this event amazing.  Everyone had a great time, parents, teachers and students included.  It was a great time to get to see old friends and meet new friends before school starts.

We would like to thank Target, Walmart, Kroger, Jump to It, Publix, Madison Hospital and Senator Holtzclaw for the generous donations.  Without their support this event would not have been possible.
